Can I open an account over the phone or online?

Yes. We can start the process over the phone and complete it with a short in-branch visit at any of our five locations. Most personal banking accounts are fully set up within a single appointment — typically 20 to 30 minutes.

I'm new to Canada — can RosalBank help me?

Absolutely. Our newcomer banking program is designed for permanent residents and new citizens who may not have a Canadian credit history. We accept international identification documents and assign a dedicated advisor who understands the process.

How fast can I get a lending decision?

Our average turnaround for a complete loan application is eight business days — compared to the industry average of six to eight weeks. Every file is reviewed by a human underwriter at our Surrey office, not an algorithm in another province.

What are your current rates?
